Qualifications: - Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Expertise in modern, upscale cuisine
- Strong operational knowledge of inventory, costing, and compliance

- Collaborative and guest-focused, able to balance creativity with consistency
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or similar high-volume role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
