Full Job Description
As an Executive Sourcer, you play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across functions. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level and executive talent across a range of business functions. You'll partner closely with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for leadership hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping executive pipelines, delivering talent insights, and helping drive long-term succession and organizational planning efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact searches while contributing to the evolution of executive sourcing practices and research capabilities across Robinhood!

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
  • Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions
  • Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building approaches
  • Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to align on leadership profiles, succession priorities, and long-term pipeline planning
  • Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms
  • Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality
What you bring
  • 4+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process.
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies
  • Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
  • Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$128,000-$150,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$112,000-$132,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$99,000-$117,000 USD
