As an Vice President in the Executive Search team, you lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, delivering the highest level of client service and developing as a strategic talent advisor. You collaborate with colleagues worldwide, build industry expertise, and help shape the team's culture. Your work matters by connecting top talent with opportunities that drive business success and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and present effective search strategies to clients
  • Conduct industry and company research, mapping executive talent and sharing market insights
  • Reach out to candidates to generate interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence; Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Write candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Prepare and present status reports to clients, managing client relationships
  • Develop market presence and personal brand as an expert within a specific industry
  • Partner with colleagues to build productive, trusting relationships and foster collaboration
  • Mentor and develop junior search professionals, contributing to team initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information and deliverables
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects, delivering high-quality work on time while upholding professionalism and ethics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence clients and candidates
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing full recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience working within a scalable organization, in corporate or go-to-market functions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Undergraduate BA/BS degree
  • Financial services experience is a plus
  • Experience in candidate targeting, pitch development, and market research
  • Success managing multiple projects and working across teams
  • Ability to run searches independently
  • Skill in identifying market trends and synthesizing information
  • Experience mentoring and developing others; Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
