- Lead strategic, insight-driven sales initiatives across Hearst's full portfolio of print, digital, and social platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and agency partners across the Eastern region
- Develop and execute integrated sales strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that translate market insights into revenue-generating opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and proposals with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to bring innovative ideas and campaigns to life
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)- 8+ years of experience in media sales, with a strong focus on financial services accounts or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of building and growing client relationships and exceeding revenue goals
- Established relationships with key financial services clients and agency partners
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client needs into integrated solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving media landscape
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to partner across teams and functions
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with in-office presence in New York City four days per week

The base salary for this role is between $168,000 and $204,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
