You Will: - Build and manage complex interview schedules across senior executives, executive assistants, multiple time zones, and office locations, proactively resolving conflicts and communicating changes with urgency and clarity.
- Create and execute detailed executive interview itineraries, coordinating meeting rooms, interview hosts, security access, catering, technology, transportation, and candidate transitions throughout the day.
- Coordinate all candidate travel logistics, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and special accommodations, while serving as a resource for last-minute changes or disruptions.
- Guide candidates through travel and reimbursement processes, ensuring timely collection and tracking of receipts, approvals, invoices, and expense submissions through completion.
- Serve as a trusted, responsive point of contact for executive candidates, delivering proactive communication, timely updates, and a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the search process.
- Partner closely with Executive Recruiters, C-suite leaders, Executive Assistants, Human Resources, Finance, Travel, Workplace Services, and external search firms to ensure seamless execution of executive searches.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, search trackers, interview materials, candidate documentation, and follow-up actions throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Safeguard highly sensitive information and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential executive searches, candidate data, and business discussions.
- Anticipate operational needs, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure flawless execution of all executive recruiting activities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
You Bring:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of recruiting, executive recruiting operations, or complex scheduling/coordinator experience supporting multiple time zones and locations.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining a high-touch, white-glove approach throughout the recruiting process.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing projects, adapt quickly to changing business needs, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR and recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, background check systems, HRIS, onboarding tools, and other recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering high-quality, accurate work within established deadlines.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.

- Working knowledge of employment and data privacy regulations, including EEOC, GDPR, and other applicable compliance requirements.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$94,700-$130,240 USD
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
