Full Job Description
Leads executive protection for the bank's CEO and President, including protective intelligence, travel security, advance planning, secure transportation, and incident response to safeguard safety, privacy, and continuity.
• Lead protection operations for the CEO and President, including advance work, travel security, transportation planning, and event coverage.
• Conduct protective intelligence, threat assessments, and risk monitoring related to executive travel, appearances, and business activities.
• Coordinate with executive offices, law enforcement, venues, vendors, and internal partners to support seamless protective coverage.
• Direct response planning for threats, disruptions, medical incidents, or other security events involving the CEO and President.
• Oversee protection protocols, briefings, assigned personnel, vendors, and related program resources.
• Coordinate a periodic Executive Security Risk Assessment and periodically update based on new threats and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain an IRS 1.132-5 assessment and periodically update based on new threats and vulnerabilities.
• Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
• Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
• May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. Required
10+ years of executive protection, law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security experience, including support of senior executives. Required
Experience supporting a CEO, President, or other C-suite principals in a public company or regulated environment. Preferred
Expertise in close protection, advance work, travel security, protective intelligence, and threat assessment.
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.

The pay range for this role is $150,000.00 - $210,00.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Primary Location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).
