Executive Partner

Location - LowHybrid
Thisis a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work bothonsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI office for 3-5 days per week, and therest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.
Employee Type - Salaried
Bonus - This position is eligible for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on cooperative and individual performance.

Summary of RoleThe Executive Partner functions within the senior level within the organization and works closely with specific Executive Officers to drive and deliver results in support of strategic priorities, enterprise-wide initiatives, and department operations. This role supports strategic initiative processes that require strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, senior leader partnership, and engagement across all employee levels. The Executive Partner may also support work connected to the CROPP Board of Directors from time to time, including coordination, preparation, communication, and follow-through related to executive and governance priorities. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to influence without authority to create alignment and advance organizational outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Executive Strategy & Business Performance - 40% of time
o Facilitate the planning, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives and executive priorities.
o Ensure organizational goals, key objectives, and business priorities are aligned and effectively executed.
o Analyze and synthesize information, identify risks and opportunities, and develop recommendations to support executive decision-making.
o Partner with Executives and senior leaders to drive process improvements and organizational effectiveness.
o Monitor business priorities and information flow to ensure appropriate executive engagement and timely decisions.
o Leverage expertise to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and support continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership, Collaboration & Organizational Alignment - 30% of time
o Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders to advance strategic priorities and organizational objectives.
o Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive effective execution and business results.
o Promote adherence to organizational values, policies, and operational practices.
o Anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and implement solutions to support organizational effectiveness.
o Drive results through influence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Executive Operations, Communications & Meeting Management - 30% of time
o Prepares and reviews confidential reports, communications, presentations, analyses, briefs, contracts, and correspondence for Executive Officers.
o Plans, facilitates, and drives effective meetings to support strategic planning, decision-making, and accountability.
o Coordinates and manages large department events and cross-functional processes as needed.
o Maintains strict confidentiality while exercising diplomacy and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
o Ensures continuity, follow-through, and execution of executive and departmental priorities.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities• Conducts research and compiles summaries on a wide range of topics as needed.
• Actively participates in other special projects and cross functional teams as needed and as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Understanding of cooperative principles and CROPP's mission preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate executive vision into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility, trust, and influence while fostering strong relationships across leaders, teams, functions, and external partners.

Base salary wage range: $80,641.60 per year - $100,817.60 per year
This salary wage rangeis exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also includeincentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. Ifyou are hired at CROPP, your final base salary wage compensation will be determinedbased on factors such as skills, education, and/orexperience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity andconsider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any finaloffer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role shouldexpect to be at the lower end of the salary wage range and hiring at the maximum of the salary wage rangeis not typical.
