Full Job Description
We are seeking Executive Operations Specialist to support a new mission with the Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration in Washington D.C.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, briefings, and events
  • Arrange executive travel through E2 Travel System
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and briefing materials
  • Support Congressional correspondence and FOIA requests
  • Serve as primary front office representative for senior leadership
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive communications

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or SES-level leadership
  • Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Public Trust eligibility required
