Full Job Description
We are seeking multiple highly organized and execution-oriented professionals to join our Executive Operations Team. In this role, you will be the right hand to one or more members of our leadership team and will work closely with the CEO's Executive Operations Partner.

This is a dynamic role in a high agency environment that requires swift and pragmatic decision making, an ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and a hunger to build as Factory scales rapidly. As an early member of the ExecOps team, you will help define what operational excellence looks like and become a deeply embedded partner with your respective teams.

How You'll Operate
  • Force Multiplier for Leadership: You act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You build a strong understanding of the business and apply sound judgment to keep priorities moving forward. You handle competing requests so leaders stay focused on the highest-impact decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: You own the core competencies for each of your leaders: calendars, travel, meeting prep, expenses, and logistics. You spot friction early, triage issues and stand up new processes as Factory scales, raising the bar on how the company operates day to day.
  • Connective Tissue: You build rapport with peers across Factory, keeping an ear to the ground and acting as a trusted confidante. You are a gate opener, not a gatekeeper: teams know they can come to you, and leaders stay accessible rather than walled off.
  • Ownership Mindset: You own end-to-end interactions with candidates, customers, investors, and board members, ensuring communications prompt and polished and in-person experiences well-prepared. When issues arise, you come with a recommendation and ask for alignment, not answers.

What You'll Bring
  • Extremely organized and accountable; skilled at managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive - you identify gaps, conflicts, and risks before they become issues.
  • Highly responsive; comfortable with regular text communication and quick decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Slack, Notion, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Ramp, and other productivity tools.
  • A confident communicator who represents revenue and operational leadership with professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexible with working hours to support business needs, customer schedules, and executive cadences.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and scaling systems in a startup environment.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or founders.
  • Startup, tech, or AI industry exposure.
  • Experience at Series B, Series C, or growth-stage companies.
  • Experience coordinating offsites, SKOs, or large customer-facing events.

The team is based in our San Francisco office (walking distance to Caltrain) and works together in person five days a week.
