Position Summary:
The Executive Meeting, & IT Support Engineer provides dedicated on-site and remote support for executive meeting needs, conference-room AV, studio interviews, and high-profile collaboration experiences. The role will be based out of our New York City office and requires exceptional troubleshooting skills, discretion, and the ability to deliver white-glove service in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. With minimal supervision, this role delivers seamless executive meeting, and workplace technology, experiences support across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, and other approved collaboration technologies. The position provides white-glove support for Windows and macOS endpoints, AV and conferencing systems, presentation technologies, executive devices, and secure communications, ensuring reliable and professional technology experiences at all times.
Major Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, concierge-level meeting, AV, studio interview, and collaboration technology support to executives and VIP users in person and remotely.
• Prepare, test, monitor, and support executive meetings, board sessions, presentations, town halls, studio interviews, and corporate events.
• Operate and troubleshoot conference-room AV systems, studio interview setups, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, room controls, and presentation tools.
• Provide end-to-end support for executive laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration applications used for meetings, interviews, and presentations.
• Manage meeting-related device provisioning, configuration, software updates, replacements, and asset documentation in accordance with IT standards.
• Support secure executive communications and collaboration workflows using MFA, VPN, and approved meeting technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, audio, video, and connectivity issues while minimizing meeting or interview disruption.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace technology, facilities, studio teams, and external vendors to resolve escalated AV and collaboration issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive executive information and environments.
• Document meeting, AV, studio, and collaboration incidents, solutions, and recurring issues; recommend improvements that enhance the executive technology experience.
Required Education/Professional Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in executive/VIP support, meeting technology support, AV support, studio support, desktop support, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting C-level executives and senior leaders in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting conference-room AV, studio interview environments, video conferencing, presentation workflows, and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, mobile devices, peripherals, and common productivity and meeting applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes:
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, AV systems, studio equipment, and collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, and common executive productivity, meeting, and presentation tools.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint management, MFA, VPN, and secure communications practices.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, conference-room components, studio interview setups, hybrid meeting workflows, and live-meeting support best practices.
• Exceptional communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills with a calm, polished presence.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, work independently, and respond effectively under time pressure.
• High degree of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to be on-call, travel (potentially 2+ weeks) and work flexible schedule
Salary Range:
$125,000 - $140,000
