Education/Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Housekeeping leadership role.
Work Hours
- Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
- Scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends depending on hotel events and functions.

Essential Job Duties
- Housekeeping and Laundry
- Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping, and Laundry departments.
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the departments.
- Manage the selection, training and development of employees with a focus on maximum employee satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Manage operating expenses to maximize costs while providing excellent guest services.
- Coordinate department's activities with other departments to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for monitoring consumption and ordering replacement of guests and cleaning supplies.
- Schedules the cleaning of the projects and deep cleaning, including room carpets, upholstery, draperies, and window cleaning.
- Schedules the cleaning for periodic major cleaning projects including carpet shampooing, cleaning of walls and baseboards, cleaning of windows, elevator doors and tracks.
- Monitors vacant rooms, check out rooms, and stayovers and communicates with the front office pertinent information.
- Monitor and control accurate lost and found program.
- Promote the rules and regulations of the hotel intended for the safety and welfare of guests.
- Be aware and respond to possible situations with guests regarding cleanliness of hotel public areas and guestrooms.
- Monitor quality and cleanliness standards and meets the expectations of the guests on a daily basis.
- Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
- Manages lobby areas, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep, and cleanliness.
- Supports public area cleanliness.
- Supports laundry services.
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Management
- Select talented, qualified, and service-oriented individuals to embody the core values of the hotel's culture.
- Supervise and manage employees in support of the day-to-day operations.
- Schedule associates for housekeeping operations and manage payroll and productivity.
- Ensures associates have supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms necessary to perform their jobs.
- Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Train and develop associates on 4 Keys service standards, technical skills, standard operation procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure all associates are safety conscious and trained in safe work practices.
- Facilitate new hire training.
- Facilitate departmental training and continually monitor, evaluate, and revise training content to reflect changes in the process and to address the needs identified by associates.
- Ensure associates exceed service and cleanliness standards.
- Fosters open channels of communication between all employees.
- Participates in the performance appraisal system process, giving feedback when needed.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among associates.
- Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
Salary $80K- $85K DOE
