The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Executive Engagement Manager, you will enable impactful, well-co-ordinated interactions with Google's executive team and strategic partners, including supporting key leadership engagements at Google's Mountain View headquarters. You will partner closely with the Top Partner Program, Global Partnerships Teams, Marketing, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), and other Product Area stakeholders to drive planning, execution, and analysis of key C-level executive (CXO) engagements. You will support the development, review, and delivery of executive briefing materials, build scalable resources and best practices that enable successful partner engagements and drive a range of work to ensure a co-ordinated "OneGoogle" partner engagement strategy.

Your role offers a unique view into how to tie together business strategy with high-touch engagement programming to accelerate Google's most strategic partner relationships. You will use this perspective to identify areas for improvement, support strategic projects for Global Partnerships, and build strong stakeholder relationships across Google's functions and product areas.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-touch engagements at Google's headquarters, serving as the primary liaison for Google executives and partner CXOs to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Collaborate with the PartnerPlex team, including stakeholders in Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Legal, Security, and Executive Offices to deliver planning and execution support for high-level executive engagements.
  • Develop high-level briefing materials by co-ordinating with Marketing, GAPP, and account teams, while providing consultative guidance and best practices to ensure consistent, quality deliverables across partnership engagements.
  • Drive Executive Engagement and program management for CXO events through speaker curation, process mapping, and data-driven reporting, while building scalable tools and communications to enable cross-functional teams to execute high-quality executive engagements.
  • Cultivate Subject Matter Expert (SME) relationships and product fluency to provide expert consultative support and demo advising for high-touch CXO experiences.
