Executive Director for our
Detox and Residential treatment facility In the Eastern ShoreWhat You'll Do- Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
- Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
- Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
- Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process
- Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability
- Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
- Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
- Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- Honest, dignified and respectable character which models recovery principles
