  • Provide complete executive leadership to the facility's daily operations
  • Address all staffing needs including hiring, training, and retention
  • Drive admissions and retention through effective census management
  • Oversee the admissions and discharge process
  • Conduct weekly departmental reviews to enhance communication and efficiency
  • Manage daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements

Now Hiring an Executive Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility In the Eastern Shore

What You'll Do
  • Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
  • Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function
  • Drive admissions and retention through impeccable census management
  • Oversee all aspects of admissions and discharge process
  • Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and provide ongoing evaluation to ensure maximum communication, efficiency and accountability
  • Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
  • Maintain professional relationships with all external business contacts
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state accreditation requirements


What We're Looking For
