DescriptionThis role is part of the Office of the Chief of Staff to the CTO. Provides strategic support for ensuring effective implementation of key priorities & programs, organizing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. This individual will play a key role in supporting the CoS in managing cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment across departments and preparing key materials for key stakeholders (i.e., Executive Team, Board, other cross-functional business leaders). Supports the development and implementation of the TD&A LT Calendar, Executive Team and Board of Directors preparation and materials development, TD&A Scorecard.
Key Considerations:
- Thought partner by navigating Tech, D&A organization, cross-functional teams, processes and overall enterprise priorities. Must act as an enabler, connector and aligner. High levels of influence is required across senior leaders while building credibility across the organization.
- Must be able to lead autonomously to enable CTO and Tech, D&A strategic priorities.
- Highest levels of integrity and confidentially are required. Will regularly be responsible for company confidential strategies that require executive maturity.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiative Leadership and Support
- Supports the Chief of Staff in the planning, execution and tracking of key strategic initiatives across the organization. Supports Chief of Staff in the planning and execution of CTO-related venues.
- Supports the development of integrated plans across strategic initiatives to enable seamless storytelling and execution, working across the entire organization to arrange.
- As needed, acts as PMO to drive key initiatives. Work closely with initiative owners to determine optimal implementation plans and deployment across the organization.
- Connects the dots across the organization to identify synergies, cross-team opportunities and best practices.
Development of Strategic Materials for the CTO and Tech, D&A LT
- Develops key communication for the CTO to key stakeholders and the broader organization, ensuring messaging is consistent with strategic priorities.
- Ensures effective material development for Board of Directors meetings and Executive and Deployment Team/CEO meetings where Tech, D&A strategic priorities are discussed.
- In partnership with Global Comms, develops strategic communications for the CTO (town halls, external CTO presentations, etc.)
Strategy Development/ Updates
- Provide fact-based insights and recommendations to update Tech, D&A Strategy
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of cumulative work experience
- Strategic management consulting experience strongly preferred, in-house strategy experience a plus
- Familiarity with Technology a plus
- Communication: Strong communication skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinker who understands how to combine insights with creative ideation. Strong story-telling and presentation capability.

Pay Range:The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$177,100.00 to
$304,500.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
