Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or public administration, or 30+ years' experience in healthcare operations.
• Ten years of senior health care management experience.
• Expertise in managing physician practice operations and optimizing patient flow.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate leadership.
• Proficient in managing relationships with physicians and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight to St. Clair Medical Group areas.
• Collaborate with Primary Care physician dyad leaders to enhance practice operations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to address community healthcare needs.
• Drive improvements in quality and patient experience across service areas.
• Identify new growth opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Ensure the financial success of assigned service areas.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the organization.
