Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Executive Director to lead and expand an established homecare organization while overseeing a related subsidiary entity. This role blends operational leadership with market growth, community presence, and strategic partnership development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving performance internally and representing the organization externally. We are looking for a candidate that is not afraid to be hands-on but also has the ability to be strategic. A person that is comfortable in ambiguity and growth phases, builds accountability and culture, and is not afraid to make changes and push performance.

Requirements:
  • MBA and bachelor's degree in human service field or equivalent
  • Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut preferred but not required
  • 5+ years related experience preferred
