Full Job Description
Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Head Women's Basketball Coach, and in collaboration with the Assistant General Manager and coaching staff, the Executive Director of Player Personnel and Brand Development is responsible for the providing strategic direction around brand strategies, roster management and retention, particularly in the areas of NIL engagement and advancement, brand development, and corporate partnerships. This position plays a critical role in preparing the program for best practices around player recruitment and retention while building and sustaining a championship-caliber program that enhances each student-athlete's brand. The incumbent will work independently to implement best practices in strategic personnel management in alignment with UCLA's standards of excellence and compliance with NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and University policies. The incumbent may also assist the coaching staff with administrative duties that enhance the student-athlete experience.

  • Must possess, upon hire, and maintain a valid CA noncommercial Class C License in accordance with the California (CA) Department of Motor Vehicles. (Required)

  • 10% May require travel with the team for games, tournaments, and recruiting events.
