Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is looking for an ExecutiveDirector of Medical Operations for our OB/GYN and Midwifery division.

We are looking for an OB/GYN Physician with at least 5 years of clinical experience who is excited about the opportunity to work in a multi-regional role. Together with a didactic partner, this clinician will serve in a strategic position while focusing on quality of patient care.

Position Highlights:
  • 50% clinical/ 50% administrative split
  • Works collaboratively with hospital leadership, certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and physicians
  • Sets expectations for provider performance standards and ensures quality of care is being met
  • Flexibility for some telework with some travel required within Virginia and North Carolina
