About the Role

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient, high-quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and coordination among various departments. The Executive Director will lead efforts to optimize workflows, improve resident satisfaction, and maintain financial sustainability of the facility. Ultimately, this position is critical in fostering a safe, effective, and resident-centered healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the overall operations of the health facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with department heads to streamline resident care and administrative processes.
