Job DescriptionThe Executive Director at Balfour Cherrywood Village is responsible for providing exemplary leadership to a management team and driving high standards in resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance and process management.
What will I do every day?
- Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
- Effectively manage all operational areas of the community
- Ensure that residents receive appropriate care
- Conduct community business planning and forecasting
- Achieve results for revenue growth and expense management
- Create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets
- Manage vendor relationships
- Execute and support the Sales Leadership process
- Apply knowledge of the competition, industry trends
- Improve and/or redesign pricing, programs and services
- Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker27s compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA, etc.)
What will I need to be successful in this role?

- Master27s degree in Business Management preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years27 management level experience
- Experience in senior living, hospitality, hotel or service industries preferred
