Strategic Leadership & Growth: Partner with the Clinical Dyad Leader to develop and execute multi-year strategies that drive regional growth, align with system priorities, and advance quality, financial, and patient experience outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Lead operational transformation, standardize care delivery processes, and manage scorecards and metrics to improve efficiency, reduce variability, and achieve performance targets.
Quality, Safety & Patient Experience: Champion patient-centered care, advance system-wide quality and safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while improving patient flow and experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leaders and teams across finance, HR, IT, quality, and regulatory functions to align priorities, execute initiatives, and achieve enterprise goals.
