Job Description:

Develops and implements strategies to maintain accreditation and improve regulatory adherence. Manages, supports, and facilitates all processes related to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets quality metrics and measures using a variety of data analysis techniques. Educates and mentors staff on documentation guidelines, evidence-based data, and results to ensure compliance and improve patient care. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of accreditation, regulatory, and patient safety activities. Identifies and reports potential adverse and compensatory events, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Develops and maintains clinical quality reporting, including dashboards, and supports providers with physician initiatives. Participates in quality management activities to improve processes and patient care, including conducting patient outreach and coordinating care transitions. Manages the internal event report system, ensuring timely identification, investigation, and reporting of adverse events. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
