OverviewThe Regional Director of Dialysis is responsible for the oversight of all dialysis medical activities throughout PAMHealth designated market in a dialysis center. This includes responsibility for the effective operational and qualitymanagement of the dialysis operations within designated market. This is an exempt position.

Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinatemanagersContributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaborationwith senior managementEstablishes departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on theorganizationOther duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education and Training:Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse. CurrentBLS certification is required. Bachelors degree required.Experience:Five (3) years of dialysis experience, including one to two (1-2) years of management experience.
Pay RangeUSD $105,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
