How you'll make an impact in this role- Direct overall operations and strategic planning for the PACE organization, driving financial performance, forecasting, and census growth while integrating Catholic healthcare mission and core values into the culture.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, religious directives, and internal policies to maintain the highest standard of care and risk management.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle-including hiring, performance management, and continuing education-to build and retain high-performing operational and clinical teams.
- Serve as the primary executive liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting operational reports, driving governance strategy, and translating organizational objectives into actionable policies.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
