How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Drive operational effectiveness and financial performance by developing strategic plans, forecasting, managing annual budgets, and aligning monetary resources to hit key organizational metrics.
  • Direct comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to maintain maximum occupancy, drive community engagement, and minimize the operational impact of vacancies.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory agencies while embedding Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives into all policies, procedures, and daily community culture.
  • Lead community leadership, staff, and consultants through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, and continuous learning to cultivate a high-performing, values-driven team.
  • Serve as the primary operational bridge to the Board of Directors, actively participating in governance meetings, presenting performance insights, and aligning community outcomes with board objectives.
