How you'll make an impact in this role- Drive operational effectiveness and financial performance by developing strategic plans, forecasting, managing annual budgets, and aligning monetary resources to hit key organizational metrics.
- Direct comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to maintain maximum occupancy, drive community engagement, and minimize the operational impact of vacancies.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory agencies while embedding Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives into all policies, procedures, and daily community culture.
- Lead community leadership, staff, and consultants through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, and continuous learning to cultivate a high-performing, values-driven team.
- Serve as the primary operational bridge to the Board of Directors, actively participating in governance meetings, presenting performance insights, and aligning community outcomes with board objectives.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
