How you'll make an impact in this role- Provide overall operational leadership for the Ascension Living Community and/or PACE organization, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission, values, and commitment to high-quality care and services.
- Lead community operations, including oversight of staff and consultants, program development and evaluation, workforce planning, hiring, performance management, and ongoing staff development.
- Drive financial and growth objectives through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and marketing initiatives designed to maximize census, enrollment, and organizational performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and effective governance by maintaining relationships with the Board of Directors, participating in governance meetings, and overseeing adherence to healthcare, ethical, and organizational standards.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
