Your Role as the Executive Director / Administrator
Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living / Residential Living Community. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for fostering a warm, nurturing environment that enhances the quality of life for both residents and team members.
As the Executive Director / Administrator, you'll oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while driving excellence in care, culture, and performance.

What You Bring
Licensure & Credentials
Current state Administrator licensure or certification, as required by state regulations
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), if required by the state
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant fields may include Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related discipline
Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proven experience successfully managing, leading, and developing teams in a senior living or healthcare leadership role
Skills & Knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, medication management protocols, and compliance standards
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Occasionally assist with safely transferring residents
Vision requirements include near and far vision with good depth perception
