Team OverviewThe Executive Communications team partners directly with C-suite leadership to shape and elevate their voice across the enterprise. This team plays a critical role in aligning messaging to business priorities, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling communication both internally and externally. The role collaborates closely with CEO Communications and senior stakeholders across a highly matrixed, global organization.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview and Core ResponsibilitiesThis role exists to elevate and unify executive voice across the organization, ensuring business priorities are translated into clear, compelling communications that drive alignment, engagement, and enterprise-wide impact.
- Partner closely with C-suite leaders to define and elevate their voice across internal and external channels
- Translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging, and human-centered messaging that drives alignment across leadership and teams
- Develop high-impact executive communications including talking points, emails, LinkedIn content, and storytelling assets
- Collaborate with CEO Communications to ensure a consistent and unified enterprise narrative
- Lead campaign-style communications that bring key strategic priorities to life across the organization, including global leadership audiences
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Leverage feedback, engagement metrics, and data insights to continuously refine and improve messaging effectiveness
- Support senior leaders in preparing for key internal and external engagements, ensuring clarity, tone, and message consistency
Required Knowledge and Experiences- 5 plus years of experience in executive communications/corporate affairs, with a strong track record of supporting senior leaders
- Experience translating business priorities into clear, compelling communications that influence and align diverse audiences
- Strong storytelling capability, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations; global experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Required Technical Skills- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Word) for executive-level content creation
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, social listening tools)

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
