Full Job Description
CSG Talent is partnering with an emerging critical minerals developer entering a pivotal phase of growth as it progresses towards commercial production. The business has already established a strong pipeline of strategic commercial opportunities and is now seeking an experienced commercial executive who can take those conversations through to signed agreements. This is not a role focused on generating leads. It's about closing deals. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of negotiating and executing complex commercial agreements, building long-term strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's commercial and business development activities. Progress existing strategic discussions through to executed commercial agreements. Structure and negotiate complex commercial arrangements with customers, strategic partners and industry stakeholders. Develop longterm partnerships that support project financing and commercial growth. Manage high value commercial negotiations from initial engagement through to execution. Work closely with executive leadership to shape commercial strategy and market positioning. Represent the business with customers, partners and investors globally. About You You will have: 15+ years' commercial leadership experience within mining, critical minerals, battery materials, industrial technology, chemicals or related sectors. A demonstrated track record of closing complex commercial transactions, rather than simply generating opportunities. Experience negotiating LOIs, MOUs, strategic partnership agreements, offtake agreements, term sheets, licensing agreements or similar commercial contracts. Experience managing executive level negotiations with customers, Automotive OEMs, investors, trading houses or strategic partners. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complex, multi stakeholder negotiations.
