Full Job Description
Executive Coach II

Crowned Grace International (CGITL) seeks an Executive Coach II to play a crucial role in shaping federal leadership at the highest levels. These coaches will deliver confidential one-on-one and team coaching to the most senior leaders in federal government agencies, including Senior Executive Service members, Political Appointees, General and Flag Officers, and C-suite executives. This level is deployed where the stakes are highest: leaders in high-consequence, high-visibility roles, executives navigating significant organizational change, and situations where the gap between a leader's intent and their reputation carries organizational risk. Senior Executive Coaches also serve as escalation points for engagements requiring reassignment and mentor coaches at lower levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake sessions establishing the coaching process, goals, expectations, and the coaching relationship.
  • Deliver sixty-minute confidential one-on-one coaching sessions with documented preparation for each.
  • Support team coaching engagements as a co-coach, including for teams above eight participants.
  • Administer and interpret leadership assessments for which the coach holds current certification; conduct debriefs and build individual development plans.
  • Set action steps and hold clients accountable between sessions.
  • Maintain session records, attendance, and delivered hours in the CGINTL coaching platform.
  • Execute coaching agreements before the first session and conduct structured closeout at the end of the engagement.
  • Participate in chemistry calls and accept reassignment where another coach is the better match.
  • Escalate quality or scheduling concerns to the Program Manager promptly, including any engagement at risk of not completing within its scheduled window.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; master's degree preferred.
  • ICF Professional Certified Coach credential in current standing; proof required at onboarding and at each renewal.
  • ICF or MCC coaching certification and training in organizational development, organizational change management, psychology, and coaching.
  • Ten or more years of management consulting experience on small to mid-size complex projects.
  • One hundred twenty-five (125) documented hours of coach-specific training.
  • A minimum of 750 hours of coaching experience.
  • A minimum of 25 coaching clients.
  • Documented passage of the three-part International Coaching Federation examination.

PREFERRED Qualifications
  • Familiarity with OPM Executive Core Qualifications and Federal executive development requirements under 5 CFR Part 412.
  • Certification in Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, EQ-i 2.0, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Everything DISC, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, TotalSDI, Denison Organizational Culture Survey, FIRO-B.
