Full Job Description
The Executive Chef, Luxury is the culinary leader responsible for delivering an elevated, hospitality-driven dining experience. This role oversees all food production, presentation and kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality, creativity and compliance while leading a high-performing culinary team.

What You'll Do:
• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of food preparation and presentation
• Develop seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Sunrise standards and resident preferences
• Drive revenue through special events, holiday experiences and catering opportunities
• Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor partnerships for quality and cost control
• Recruit, train, schedule and coach culinary team members
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP compliance
• Monitor budgets, labor and operational expenses to meet financial targets
• Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and personalize dining experiences
• Ensure timely financial reporting, documentation and payroll review
• Partner with leadership to support sales, marketing and community initiatives

What We're Looking For:
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Current Food Safety & Sanitation Certification

Pay Range:
101,608.00 - 140,296.00
