We are seeking a growth minded
Executive Chef for the
VIP Delta Sky Club at the DEN airprot. In this role you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
- Design and execute exciting, fresh, and elevated menus
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls
- Ensure top-notch food safety and sanitation standards
- Launch new culinary concepts in partnership with marketing
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience-every single day
- Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
- Possess a passion for sustainability
Preferred Qualifications: - High-volume production and catering expertise
- Strong financial acumen (cost controls + budgeting)
- A passion for innovation, quality, and growth
- Culinary degree preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurants
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking needed
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- ServSafe certified is a plus
