What You'll Do

As the Campus Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across the site while maintaining a strong presence in the kitchen. This role is approximately 80% hands-on, making it ideal for a chef who enjoys leading from the front while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing culinary leadership for all food service operations across the campus
  • Designing innovative, fresh, and seasonal menus that enhance the guest experience
  • Leading and developing a team of 15 hourly employees and supervising an Executive Chef 2
  • Elevating and expanding a sophisticated, high-end catering and conference services program
  • Managing food and labor costs to meet financial goals
  • Overseeing purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted culinary partner
  • Driving quality, consistency, and innovation across all dining venues
