What You'll DoAs the Campus Executive Chef, you will oversee the entire culinary program across multiple service offerings, including:
- A vibrant café serving breakfast and lunch
- A busy catering operation generating $1.2M annually
- A coffee bar and modern dining platform
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of 1 salaried Executive Chef and 10 hourly team members
- Driving menu innovation, with a focus on fresh, modern, and client-centered offerings
- Managing purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintaining a hands-on presence (60-70%) in daily operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Overseeing high-end catering and special events (40% of business), balanced with daily café operations (60%)

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
