We are seeking a dynamic
Executive Assistant to support several members of our senior leadership team at goeasy, including the
Chief People Officer, Chief Information Officer, Head of LendCare, and SVP, Human Resources.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to stay ahead of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition to core responsibilities such as complex calendar management, expense administration, meeting coordination, and day-to-day executive support, you will gain meaningful exposure to senior leadership and contribute to the culture, engagement, and other cross-functional initiatives across the business.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, exercises sound judgment, and is comfortable navigating changing priorities with a high level of discretion and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant who wants to go beyond traditional administrative support and play an active role in helping our leaders and teams operate effectively.
What will you be doing?- High volume meeting and calendar management across multiple stakeholder groups to coordinate all appointments, meetings, events and conference calls.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel.
- Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
- Prepare draft reports, background documentation, and research to ensure your stakeholders are equipped with ample context to effectively drive internal and external meetings.
- Responsible for distributing meeting agendas, prepping your stakeholders for upcoming meetings and taking meeting minutes and action items when required.
- Manage information flow and emails from both internal and external sources, organizing and responding accordingly when requested.
- Consistently exercise discretion and tact in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate.
- Support the execution of social and team events working closely with other team members to help bring our cultural events to life.
- Keep others in the immediate team informed and up to date about the status/progress of projects, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for coordinating all details surrounding meetings including booking meeting rooms, ordering catering and other support as required.
What experience do you have?- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume administrative role, with 1-2 years of experience directly supporting executives or senior leaders.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred.
- A high-energy individual who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves, and is committed to supporting key stakeholders.
- A resourceful team player who is proactive, adaptable, and able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Comfortable exercising discretion and sound judgment while working independently within established guidelines.
- Highly proficient with technology and eager to leverage new tools to improve efficiency and better support the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to
work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$77,000.00 - $93,500.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
