Full Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a hybrid Executive Assistant to join our team embedded with our client in San Francisco! This position requires working onsite at our client's location in San Francisco, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an on-site role as an Executive Assistant. Main duties include being a point of contact for all household members, coordinating transportation, and managing calendars. Schedule is usually 5 days/week, pursuant to the needs of the client. There will be evenings and weekends on occasion. Locations required to travel include Palm Springs, Aspen, San Francisco, and West Marin County, CA. All necessary travel is determined by the needs of the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive travel coordination, including booking arrangements, preparing itineraries, and traveling with the principal as needed.
  • Travel in advance to the principal's properties to ensure readiness for upcoming visits.
  • Manage email inbox with discretion and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization.
  • Oversee calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of personal, household, and business-related appointments.
  • Partner with high-level executives and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
  • Manage social media platforms, draft content, and monitor engagement as requested.
  • Plan and execute events, from intimate gatherings to larger-scale functions.
  • Handle personal errands, online shopping, and returns with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the principal's wife's assistant on larger family projects and initiatives.
  • Support household operations, including setup, organization, and maintenance of detailed inventories.
  • Liaise with household staff to coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning of residences.
  • This position requires up to 25% travel.
