We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer to join our team — Remote, US.
This is a highly trusted, high-impact role designed to extend executive effectiveness across the enterprise. It is intended for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong judgment, and takes ownership beyond task execution. This role enables business cadence, supports executive decision-making, and ensures alignment and follow-through across teams — enabling the executive(s) they support to remain focused on the highest-value priorities.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer to optimize time, priorities, and focus through proactive calendar, travel, and inbox management.2
- Prepare the executive for high-impact internal and external engagements, including leadership meetings, board interactions, customer briefings, and executive reviews.3
- Anticipate needs, surface risks, and proactively remove friction to increase executive effectiveness.4
- Serve as a trusted proxy for logistical and informational coordination, using judgment and discretion while escalating substantive decisions appropriately.5
- In partnership with the Chief Product Officer and/or Chiefs of Staff, draft, refine, and manage executive communications, including functional updates, leadership messaging, and enterprise communications.6
- Leverage productivity tools, automation, and AI to streamline workflows, identify opportunities to improve executive leverage and communication flow, and bring structure and momentum to complex or ambiguous situations.7
Role Essentials — Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) in fast-paced, complex organizations.8
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft executive-level communications and presentations.9
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of organizational dynamics, confidentiality, and executive operating models.10
- Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and drive follow-through without direct authority.11
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong judgment, follow-through, and comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and confidential information.12

- Experience supporting a C-suite product, technology, or engineering leader, with familiarity in product-led or SaaS environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% as required.15
Pay Transparency
The compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, and qualifications. The annual base pay range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000. In addition to base compensation, Hyland offers a comprehensive benefits package to support the whole you.
