As an Executive Assistant at Plaid, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and operational efficiency of our leaders and their teams. Success in this fast-paced environment requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and strategic priority management. Responsibilities- Support Partnership: Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 Product and Engineering leaders/teams
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
- Relationship Development: Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal meetings and ensure agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
- Project Management: Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
- Travel Planning: Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
- Team Connection Logistics: Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events.
- Financial Administration: Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
- Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads
- Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
- A motivated and resourceful self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet
- Agility and flexibility to quickly respond to changing priorities and proactivity in anticipating the needs of others
- A high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable, consistent support to colleagues and partners across the organization.
