Description

Summary

Individual assists the NAVWAR 4.0 FRD Executive Leadership by providing a wide variety of senior level administrative support services to include: development and maintenance of executive level correspondence, scheduling and coordinating senior level meetings, preparing formal awards, maintaining multiple types of administrative schedules, maintaining weekly action item tracker database, and automating front office processes and procedures to improve office efficiencies within NAVWAR 4.0 FRD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare, edits, formats, and routes formal executive level formal correspondence.
• Prepares and maintains various schedules and POAMs to support Front Office activities.
• Prepares, reviews, edits, maintains executive level briefing material for various meetings.
• Schedules and coordinates senior level meetings to include development of agendas, briefing material, attendee listings, action items, and minutes.
• Prepares, edits, formats, and routes formal awards in accordance with the DoD, DoN, and NAVWAR awards directives.
• Prepares, edits, and formats complex briefs, various periodic reports, and dashboard in accordance with NAVWAR standards.
• Prepares and maintains the weekly action tracking dashboard and assists with monitoring and uploading taskers into the DoN Tasks, Records, and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DON TRACKER).
• Updates and maintains NAVWAR 4.0 FRD organizational process assets, i.e., organizational charts, contact lists, and standard operating procedures.
• Leverages current office technologies and applications to automate administrative processes and procedures to improve Front Office activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (2 years of NAVWAR/PEO "front office" experience may be substituted for each year of college)
• 5-7 years of NAVWAR/PEO C4I experience.
• Experience with executive level administrative activities, i.e., scheduling and coordinating meetings; preparing awards, briefing material, and reports; preparing and maintaining schedules/POAMs; development and maintenance of Navy correspondence; and preparing meeting agendas, action items, minutes, etc.
• Experience with proper formatting of various types of formal Navy correspondence
• Individual needs to be a self-starter, able to work effectively on an individual basis and/or as part of a team; requires limited to no supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English, experience in Navy terminology, and ability to generate coherent and professional Outlook e-mail.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, etc.
• Experience with MS Office automation capabilities and/or similar administrative automation applications/tools
• Must be able to successfully pass the required drug test.
• SECRET Security Clearance (required).

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of NAVWAR, PEO C4I, PMW Front Office executive administration experience,
• Experience with NAVWAR / PEO C4I Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Navy C4I systems.

Pay Range

$85,000.00 Annually to $105,000.00 Annually
