What you'll do day-to-dayYour responsibilities will evolve as you gain familiarity with the firm and its executives. Core duties:
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate detail-sensitive meetings, organize travel logistics, and serve as a liaison with internal groups and external partners.
- Support key projects and operational needs while building expertise in the firm's workflows, tools, and expectations.
- Work closely with EA team leadership and managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on independent coverage assignments.
What we're looking for- At least seven years of relevant experience is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- We welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds; no prior finance experience is required. Experience in client services or other customer-focused roles is a meaningful plus.
- Proven ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, SharePoint, and adopting Generative AI into workflows; proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook) is preferred.
- Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
- Executive assistants at our firm are accustomed to taking ownership of their work product and excel at working independently and as part of a team.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
