Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive and organizational support for NVIDIA's Cloud Partner execs. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to NCP Executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise.

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars across global time zones with discretion, accuracy, and a dedication to confidentiality.

  • Organize and manage key meetings, events, and team experiences - from off-sites and celebrations to planning sessions.

  • Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation.

  • Develop and maintain meeting agendas, team rhythms, and internal communications, fostering alignment across the organization.

  • Take detailed meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure execution on commitments.

  • Curate and manage presentation and communication content that supports executive storytelling and collaborator engagement.

  • Lead or support special projects that advance organizational effectiveness or innovation.

  • Collaborate closely with other administrative partners to ensure seamless operations across NVIDIA Healthcare.


What We Need to See:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations. C-Suite Preferred.

  • B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4.
