Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establisha standalone orthopedics company, operatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipatedto be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

TheExecutiveAssistant provides essential administrative and operational support to leaders andteamswithin Strategy & Transformation.This role helps ensure smooth daytoday operations by coordinating schedules, managing communications, supporting meetings and projects, andmaintainingaccuraterecords. The position plays a key role in enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring operational efficiency across multiple corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned leaders and teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and followup.

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and onsite/offsite events, including logistics, materials, and attendee communications.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports in accordance withcompany policies.

  • Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timelyand professional communication.

  • Maintain files, trackers, and records to support operational, security, facilities, and real estate activities.

  • Support departmental projects and initiatives by tracking actions, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:High school diploma or equivalent

  • Preferred:Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administrationor a related field

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 0 3 years of administrative or office support experience.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
