From investor relations to clinical partnership logistics, you execute across functions with absolute poise and precision.

- Own CEO calendars, manages priorities, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries. Anticipate needs 2-3 steps ahead; resolve problems before they surface.

MARKETING, INVESTORS, INTERNAL OPERATIONS AND OTHER ASSIGNMENTS:- Assist the team with developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Create social media content (posts, graphics, etc.) to promote iSono Health's technology.
- Support with content creation for website and marketing materials.
- Manage and analyze social media engagement metrics.
- Assist with event planning and execution (trade shows, conferences).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful with an eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (a plus).
- Support active fundraising: track investor pipeline, coordinate follow-ups, manage document flow.
- Manage data room access, NDA execution, and due diligence document requests.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for investor meetings, partner calls, and clinical site visits.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 3+ years supporting a C-suite executive, startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred.
- Unnervingly organized. You live by systems, not good intentions.
- Exceptional written communication - you can refine an investor email or draft a LinkedIn post without hand-holding.
- Strong confidentiality, discretion and high integrity.
- Comfortable in the room when it matters: investor calls, partner meetings, board prep.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Canva or equivalent tools.
- Startup-ready: you don't wait for the process you build it.
- Discreet, grounded, and unflappable under pressure.
- Genuine interest in women's health, healthcare technology, or mission-driven work.
- Proactive and positive attitude to work independently and initiate and complete projects.
- Medical device or life sciences experience is a meaningful plus.
- Strong project management skills is required.
