Full Job Description
Netflix is seeking an exceptionally strong Executive Assistant with 6+ years experience to provide support for our Content, Marketing, and Consumer Products & Experiences FP&A team in Los Angeles.

This role is critical in enabling our leaders and broader teams to operate efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and agenda coordination, onsite/offsite planning, and building strong working relationships with partners across the organization. This position is based in our Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office).

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Proactively maintaining the calendar for VP & Director executives in Finance, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming meetings multiple weeks to months in advance
  • Scheduling both internal and external meetings as needed
  • Manage a large volume of various internal meetings, such as all teams and large cross-functional meetings, often across multiple time zones (i.e. scheduling, soliciting agenda items, time management, delegation of action items)
  • Coordinate and help prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for team meetings and events, as well as coordinate any follow-up items
  • Coordinating detailed and sometimes challenging travel arrangements (domestic and international), maintaining passports, visas, global entry, as well as keeping executives aware of travel restrictions and proactively scheduling/completing any/all applicable appointments/paperwork prior to and during travel
  • Detailed and proactive expense reporting
  • Event planning (team events, off-sites, support with external meetings). Responsible for management and coordination of venue/vendor sourcing & logistics, agenda coordination, and presentation logistics
  • Proactively creating and maintaining presentations and documents using powerpoint and Google Slides
  • The want and ability to provide in depth assistance with VP and team projects as needed
  • Liaise with our corporate workplace team to be a point of contact for in-office space planning as needed
  • Maintain distribution lists, Google Groups, Slack channels, and other similar tools for the team and serve as the point of contact for general team communications.
  • This role is heavy with communication internally
  • Flexibility to work in a fluid environment, providing additional support within finance admin community/team


Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree and/or experience commensurate with 6+ years as an executive assistant
  • Team-player who operates in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment as well as a team-oriented setting
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
  • Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly - sometimes without the direction of the executives themselves
  • The ability to understand what's best for the business and make decisions accordingly
  • The ability to "see the future", flag and act accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Slack


Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $125,000.00 - $220,000.00.
