Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to Artera CFO and CCO. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless coordination of day-to-day activities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Administrative Support

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and prioritization of meetings and tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in occasionally high-pressure situations.
  • Exhibit confidence and ease when interacting with senior executives.
  • Exemplify a positive and professional attitude, coupled with strong work ethic, practical judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Strategic Partnership

  • Systems Adaptability: comfortable learning and using a wide variety of systems and tools, such as Concur or other business platforms, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
