Executive and Office Coordinator

What You'll Do
Executive Support & Coordination
• Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for members of the executive leadership team - balancing priorities, protecting focus time, and anticipating conflicts before they surface
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries, logistics, and real-time contingency management
• Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
• Draft, proofread, and route communications on behalf of executives - presentations, briefing documents, meeting prep materials, and follow-ups
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, representing leadership with professionalism and warmth in every interaction
Office Experience & Operations
• Ensure the Culver City HQ maintains a welcoming, organized, and aesthetically thoughtful environment that reflects the L-Nutra brand
• Coordinate investor visits, board meetings, leadership meetings, and special onsite events - from logistics and catering to day-of execution
• Partner with vendors and service providers (cleaning, IT, building management, catering, supplies) to support smooth office operations
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities needs with an eye for efficiency and presentation
• Serve as the on-the-ground point person for office logistics, deliveries, and day-to-day operational rhythm
Special Projects & General Support
• Support special projects for executives and cross-functional teams as needed
• Act as a trusted generalist - handling ambiguity with sound judgment and follow-through
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and day-to-day efficiency

Experience

• Comfort coordinating across vendors, service providers, and cross-functional internal partners
• Ability to work hybrid - 2-3 days per week onsite in Culver City
