Position Overview

International Motors is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Executive Advisor / Executive Planner to support the CDIO and senior leadership in advancing enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation.

This role serves as a critical bridge between strategy, execution, and enterprise value realization—ensuring priorities are clearly defined, progress is measurable, and leadership is equipped with actionable, decision-ready insights. The Executive Advisor operates as a central orchestrator of strategic initiatives, elevating the quality of executive decision-making, driving cross-functional alignment, and accelerating transformation outcomes.

The ideal candidate excels at synthesizing complex business, technology, and financial inputs into clear narratives, while proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and trade-offs. This role requires a modern, AI-enabled mindset, combining strategic rigor with continuous learning, strong business acumen, and fluency in emerging technologies—including Generative AI.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Decision Intelligence

  • Partner with the CDIO and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Translate complex inputs across business, technology, and finance into clear, actionable guidance for executive decision-making
  • Assess enterprise-wide implications of strategic decisions, including cross-functional impacts, risks, and dependencies
  • Elevate leadership focus by distinguishing critical signals from noise, enabling decision-oriented discussions

Strategic Planning, Execution & Value Realization

  • Support development and refinement of enterprise strategic frameworks (e.g., OGSM, OKRs)
  • Translate priorities into actionable plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes
  • Define and track value realization frameworks, ensuring alignment to cost optimization, revenue growth, and quality improvement
  • Drive visibility into execution performance, proactively surfacing risks, gaps, and course corrections

Digital & Enterprise AI Portfolio Leadership

  • Coordinate and govern the enterprise portfolio of digital, data, and AI initiatives
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Drive transition from pilot experimentation (7Workstreams8) to scaled enterprise adoption
  • Track adoption, usage, and realized impactnot just deliveryof AI and digital capabilities
  • Support advancement of the Enterprise AI program, including prioritization, scaling, and impact measurement

Enterprise AI Governance & Responsible AI

  • Support establishment and monitoring of AI governance frameworks, including compliance, risk, and ethical considerations
  • Promote alignment with Responsible AI principles (e.g., fairness, transparency, accountability)
  • Track and communicate risks across the AI lifecycle, including model bias, drift, and explainability considerations

Enterprise Data & Insights Enablement

  • Promote consistency and integrity of enterprise data foundations to support trusted decision-making
  • Enable a single source of truth for executive reporting, insights, and performance tracking
  • Leverage modern analytics and AI capabilities to generate predictive insights and forward-looking signals

Operating Model & Change Orchestration

  • Support evolution of the enterprise operating model, including AI-enabled and two-speed (core + innovation) delivery approaches
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across IT, business units, and partners
  • Anticipate and mitigate organizational friction, enabling sustainable adoption and change at scale
  • Align leadership on priorities, sequencing, and execution discipline

Executive Governance & Communication Excellence

  • Support governance forums including CIO Board, transformation reviews, and executive leadership meetings
  • Develop compelling executive materials and narratives with clarity, precision, and strategic focus
  • Ensure consistency across messaging for strategy, execution, and performance outcomes
  • Curate executive cadence and content to ensure decision-focused, high-impact interactions

External Benchmarking & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
  • Incorporate best practices from leading digital and AI transformations
  • Evaluate and leverage external ecosystems, including strategic partners (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, AWS) and emerging innovators
  • Act as a 7market lens8 to inform CDIO and executive leadership decisions

Generative AI & Future-of-Work Enablement

  • Identify and promote AI-augmented ways of working to enhance productivity and decision-making
  • Support development of AI literacy and enablement initiatives across the organization
  • Champion adoption of GenAI tools and capabilities within the CDIO office and beyond
  • Apply AI tools to enhance analysis, synthesis, and executive insight generation
Minimum Requirements
