Executive Administrator to CEO / Venture Capitalist (Semiconductor Industry)

Location: Fremont CA - Onsite
Reports To: CEO / Managing Partner

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support a CEO who is also an active Venture Capitalist in the semiconductor sector. This role sits at the intersection of executive operations, venture investing, and deep-tech innovation.

You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations while supporting activities related to investments, portfolio companies, and industry engagement across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Time Management
  • Manage a highly complex calendar across operating company leadership, investment activities, and industry engagements
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, often aligned with conferences, investor meetings, and portfolio visits
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly briefings, including company profiles, investor backgrounds, and meeting objectives
  • Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize competing demands and optimize CEO effectiveness

Portfolio & Industry Engagement
  • Support communication and coordination with portfolio companies and executive teams
  • Coordinate CEO participation in semiconductor industry events, panels, and conferences

Operational & Strategic Coordination
  • Track key priorities, action items, and cross-functional initiatives across both the operating company and investment activities
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications
  • Identify process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
  • Support special projects, including strategic partnerships, new initiatives, and market analysis


Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in venture capital, private equity, semiconductor, or deep-tech environments strongly preferred
