  • Operational & Financial Performance: Partner with Finance and Business Units to audit and validate core performance metrics (utilization, revenue, margins) and ensure operational plans align with fiscal targets.
  • Service Transformation & AI Readiness: Operationalize changes to service delivery models-including AI-augmented methodologies and modernized reporting frameworks-ensuring cross-functional readiness and adoption.
  • Ecosystem & Integration Governance: Provide governance visibility into subcontracting models, external delivery partners, and M&A operational integration across post-sales functions.
  • Executive Synthesis & Matrix Alignment: Distill complex cross-organizational data into decision-ready executive briefings, surfacing delivery risks and resolving cross-functional friction to maintain momentum.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise program governance, operational leadership, or business management within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • 5+ years leading M&A integrations in the Go-To-Market (GTM) or Customer Success space, ideally within Big 4 Management Consulting.
  • Proven track record of enabling and governing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives in post-sales, Professional Services, or Customer Success organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms, SaaS customer lifecycles, and post-sales delivery frameworks (Professional Services and CS).
  • Ability to analyze and audit operational drivers, including P&L assumptions, utilization rates, and margin trends.
