This position provides direct support to nursing staff across all Highland Radiation Oncology locations through mentoring, professional development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. Participates in the delivery of direct patient care while promoting and upholding Highland Hospital standards of care. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic and procedural areas, ensuring safe staffing levels, efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Salary Range:$104,686-$131,934
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements- Education: BSN required.
- Experience: Previous experience in Radiation therapy or Medical Oncology preferred.
- License/Certification: Active NYS Registered Nurse license required. American HeartAssociation CPR Certification. ACLS obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Microsoft Office skills preferred.
